Adam Walz is a leadership development consultant, program designer, and facilitator with over 20 years of experience helping organizations build stronger leaders. He has designed and delivered leadership programs, team effectiveness sessions, and strategic offsites for Fortune 500 and Global 100 companies across 30+ countries in industries including technology, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and consumer goods.

Before joining Perissos Partners, Adam led global manager enablement for 1,600+ people leaders at Autodesk and served as Director of Leadership Development for Greater China at Korn Ferry. He brings both a practitioner's lens and a designer's mindset to every engagement, grounding his work in real business context rather than theory alone.

Adam also brings deep expertise in executive coaching, succession management, and performance management, and is certified in Korn Ferry 360, Learning Agility, MBTI, and TKI.
