McKenna Montenegro is Managing Director, Consulting & Delivery at Perissos Partners, where she leads the execution of executive assessment, leadership development, and team effectiveness work across the firm. She ensures engagements stay aligned to client priorities and are delivered with the quality, rigor, and accountability.

McKenna brings a strong background in project management, consulting operations, and engagement delivery. She has supported enterprise and private equity-backed organizations through important leadership work, helping turn business priorities into well-run, high-impact engagements.

Before joining Perissos full time, McKenna held consulting and internal operations leadership roles at Korn Ferry and several boutique advisory firms. In those roles, she led complex delivery efforts, strengthened internal operations, and supported senior leaders navigating growth, transition, and organizational complexity.

She brings an operator’s empathy, discipline, and a systems-oriented mindset to her work. She keeps leadership work human while bringing the structure and consistency needed to turn insight into real progress.
