McKenna Montenegro is Managing Director, Consulting & Delivery at Perissos Partners. She leads the execution of executive assessment, leadership development, and team effectiveness engagements, ensuring delivery quality, operational rigor, and alignment to client priorities.

McKenna brings a strong background in project management, consulting operations, and engagement management, supporting enterprise and private equity–backed organizations through high-stakes leadership initiatives. She has partnered with clients across industries to deliver executive development programs and leadership advisory engagements aligned to business priorities and performance objectives.

Before joining Perissos full time, McKenna held consulting and internal operations leadership roles at Korn Ferry and various boutique consulting and advisory firms. In these roles, she led complex engagement delivery, strengthened consulting infrastructure, and supported senior leaders navigating growth, transition, and organizational complexity.

She brings both an empathetic operator’s perspective and a systems-oriented mindset to her work, grounding leadership advisory in disciplined execution and scalable delivery models that translate insight into sustained organizational value.
