Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 2, 2026
Perissos Partners, Inc. ("Perissos," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through perissospartners.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our website or email us, we collect what you choose to share. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and the content of your message. Our forms include:
Contact form: your contact details and message.
Referral form: your contact details and the name and contact details of the person you are referring, or who referred you.
Testimonial form: your name, title, organization, and the feedback you share.
Subscription form: your name and email address.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers collect basic usage information through cookies and similar tools. This includes pages visited, time on site, the website that referred you, your general location (city or region), and your browser and device type.
How we use your information
To respond and follow up. We use your contact details to reply to you, schedule conversations, and follow up about our services.
To share news and insights. If you agree to receive them, we may email you news, insights, and event invitations. These may come from our email marketing system or directly from a member of our team. Every marketing email gives you a way to unsubscribe, and we honor your request across all of our systems.
Testimonials. If you submit a testimonial and give us permission, we may publish your words, name, title, and organization on our website, social media, proposals, and other marketing materials. We may shorten a testimonial for length, but we will not change its meaning. You can ask us to stop using your testimonial at any time, and we will remove it from our website and future materials.
Referrals. If you refer someone to us, we will contact that person about our services. We will tell them who referred them only if you have said that is OK. If you were referred to us, we may use the details shared with us to reach out once, and you can ask us not to contact you again.
To improve our website and marketing. We use website usage information to understand how visitors use our site and to guide our marketing.
To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
Where we keep it and who we share it with
We keep your information in a small number of trusted business systems:
HubSpot, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where we store contact details from our forms, track our follow-up, and send marketing emails.
Microsoft 365, where we store emails you send us, send emails directly from our team, and keep related business records.
Squarespace, which hosts our website, receives form submissions, and uses cookies to run the site.
Google Analytics, which collects website usage information for us using cookies.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Our website uses them to work properly and to help us understand site traffic. When you first visit our website, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, including Google Analytics. Non-essential cookies are not placed until you accept. You can change your choice at any time using "Manage cookies."
Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Our website does not currently respond to these signals. Google Analytics may collect information about your activity on our site over time.
